Rosie works with teams to unlock clarity, fresh thinking, and better ways of working while supporting them through change.
She brings almost 3 decades of FMCG experience, including 25 years in client‑side roles at local, European and global levels across organisations such as Mondelez, Mars, Reckitt, PepsiCo, and Coca‑Cola. She combines deep consumer understanding with a strong track record of commercial delivery. Her work spans strategy, capability building and leading complex commercial programmes.
She volunteers on children’s charity marketing advisory boards and is training as an executive coach, strengthening her capability‑building work. Outside work she enjoys cooking, theatre, reading, listening to podcasts and long walks, ideally by the coast.
