Niamh Conroy

Niamh is passionate about delivering though people and teams. Engaging people to ensure they deliver their absolute best from a personal and business perspective. Keeping things real through practical experience and real-life examples.

She has worked for Unilever for 20 years in local, regional and global roles based in UK and France. For the past 10 plus years, Niamh has worked as part of the Triniti team developing and delivering capability programmes for Mars and Diageo among others.

She loves running, ideally marathons in far-flung location, and always has a marathon challenge on the horizon!
