BUILDING SKILLS OF A DIVERSE GROUP VIA A MEMORABLE, ENGAGING AND EFFECTIVE TRAINING INTERVENTION

THE CHALLENGE

To introduce Shell’s licensee partners to Shell’s approach to brand and communications and take their skills to the next level. The participants came from across the globe – from Brazil to Guam, Japan to the Caribbean – and had a wide mix of experience. Triniti’s training had to be relevant to all of them – so they could apply it in each of their markets.

THE APPROACH

Triniti devised a four-day brand & communications training event. The approach mixed a rich variety of learning methods to engage the participants. Triniti produced a tailored case study and conducted the training alongside senior Shell managers and agency partners. For an immediate test of their freshly-acquired skills and knowledge, teams presented their new plans to an expert judging panel at the end of the event.

The workshop scored 4.9/ 5.0 . The engaging approach and the relevance of the materials and learning was highly valued
