Nicola Watts began consulting in 2008 after 18 years at Cadbury’s Schweppes in a variety of commercial roles in both local businesses (UK, Russia and Canada) and globally. These included the set up of a green field site in Russia, a strategy team in Canada, a market research team in each of UK, Russia and Canada,  a competitor intelligence function globally, and finally the set up of the Global Market Research function.
