Natalie is passionate about helping organisations build stronger marketing capabilities that drive growth.

With over 20 years of experience across client-side and consultancy roles, she has worked with brands including Kraft Foods, Green & Black's, Danone, Brand Learning (now Accenture Song) and Barilla. She specialises in developing marketing capability, aligning teams around best practice and helping organisations turn strategy into action, with a growing interest in the opportunities AI brings to marketing.

Outside work, Natalie enjoys cycling, exploring great food and drink, and spending time with her family.
