Magali Podesta

A native of Edinburgh, Alastair (Ali) spent 15 years at Unilever where he worked in a variety of global, local and regional brand leadership roles. This included stints in Australia and India, where he was able to indulge his passion for food and cultural curiosity. After leaving Unilever he had hands-on roles in Private Equity and VC backed companies, and a DTC food start-up. 

Ali likes to get out in the world, observing and speaking to real people in stores, homes and online to understand what makes them tick. He brings the same practical focus on unlocking behaviour change to his work with our clients. 

Outside of work, Ali loves to get out in the wild on his skis, mountain bike or kayak with his two young boys.
