Helen Workman

Helen began her career as a marketing graduate trainee at L’Oréal, spending over ten years in marketing and commercial roles across both consumer and B2B businesses. Her curiosity about how brands and organisations are built — and what makes them thrive — led her into consulting, where that curiosity continues to drive her work.

For the past 13 years, Helen has led marketing strategy and capability projects for some of the world’s best-known organisations, including Sainsbury’s, Diageo, Nestlé, Beiersdorf, PepsiCo, and Unilever. She is known for her collaborative style, deep understanding of client businesses, and ability to bring clarity and creativity to complex change challenges — creating strategy and capability programmes that stand the test of time.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys the outdoors, from walking and running to time spent gardening.
