
Mike spent the first 10 years of his professional career at P & G in a variety of Customer development roles, before becoming UK Sales Director. He joined Glendinning Management Consultants in the early 1990’s and became a main board director, leading the business until its sale to WPP. Since then, despite aspirations to spend more time on the golf course, he has been particularly focused on developing customer management capability in global companies.
