
Coral started out in the Chilled Foods industry in New Zealand in a variety of brand, marketing and commercial management roles. She thrives on bringing together cross functional teams to solve business problems and grow brands.
She spent seven years working and studying in China where she was Asia Pacific/Greater China Director of Nielsen’s Analytic Consulting, engaging with regional clients on pricing, promotions, media, product assortment and distribution ROI optimisation. ‘This was really rewarding work, we were delivering clear opportunities for business growth ’.
Her interests include maximising marketing ROI and the challenges of developing growth strategies for brands for Asia Pacific/Greater China.
