Alicia has been a passionate marketer since 1993. She has lived and worked  across North America and Europe managing global consumer brands in local and regional roles for companies such as P&G, Gillette, Wella and Braun.

Alicia is a people person, and understands the needs and benefits of change management, to lead and inspire through difficult times.

She is interested in pulling the best out of brand teams and brand development and making best use of research and insights. She especially enjoys creating insight led marketing platforms as well as developing recruitment programs that plant seeds of brand success for years to come.
